Discover the beauty of neriage – the Japanese technique of marbling coloured clays together to create striking patterns that run right through the clay body. Unlike glazes that sit on the surface, neriage brings colour into the very structure of your piece, giving it depth and richness.

In this 3-hour workshop, you’ll:

• Learn how to mix stains pigments into porcelain clay
• Explore different arrangements of colours
• Throw two unique functional pieces

This session is hands-on, playful, and open to all levels. You’ll leave with a deeper understanding of coloured clay and some one-of-a-kind pieces ready for collection in 3-4 weeks

You will need to wear a dust mask for the pigment mixing portion of this workshop- if you have your own please bring it - or disposable N95 masks are available on the day for $5
